| Setting Up Mail
in Microsoft Outlook Express |

1.Select
Accounts from the Tools menu.
|

2.On
the Mail tab, click Add, then select Mail. The program will
then take you through a series of screens entitled the Internet
Connection Wizard.

3.In
the Display Name box on the first screen, type your real name
the way you would like it displayed in your outgoing messages.
This is not your e-mail address - simply your ordinary name
e.g. John Smith

4.The
next screen will prompt you to enter your full email address
(for example, username@oceanfree.net).
|

|

5.On
the next screen, select POP3 from the pull-down menu. Enter
your POP3 host (for example, mail.oceanfree.net) into the
Incoming Mail Server box, and your SMTP server (smtp.oceanfree.net)
in the Outgoing Mail Server box.

6.On
the next screen, type in the account name for your email address
and your password. Your account name is that part of your
email address before the "@" symbol. For example, if
your email address were john.smith@oceanfree.net then your
acccount name is john.smith.

You are now ready to receive and send mail using Microsoft Outlook. |
